Hello,

I'm not much of a believer in shadow people. In fact, my house has only been occupied by one couple before me. In the last 10 years my elderly father and I have enjoyed the comforts of this modern home with no ill effect. It was only until recently that I began to feel "funny" about my own home.

Not that anything was overt. The first experience came about three weeks ago. This was when I "thought" my dad came through the garage door, into my home and walked into the living room, heading to my computer room. Even my dogs jumped off the bed to greet him, or so I thought. I continued brushing my hair in the bathroom and came out to speak to him....BUT HE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND?!

I explained that away as some wishful thinking, but my dogs actually jumped down from the bed and all three headed to "greet" whomever it was.

Then, from time to time I would see something quickly out of the corner of my eye or I would feel someone touch me while I was in bed. In fact, the "someone" felt like a cold dog nose.....or animal nose. I thought it was one of my dogs trying to get my attention to go out. So sure of this I went to reach down to one of them and all three were ON MY BED! Then what nose touched me from beside the bed if all three were on the opposite side and sleeping?

Later, in the kitchen, I would experience things popping or items falling from a position that would be impossible for them to "fall."

I kept all this to myself because I began to think I was going crazy or something. However, suddenly my dad kept insisting on going to Catholic Mass. This was unusual but I shrugged it off.

One afternoon while he was waiting for me to bring my dogs home, he said he closed his eyes for one second and when he opened them, something small (the size of a bear cub), dark and shadowy glided past him and headed toward my computer room. When I came home, he did not mention it to me because he didn't want to scare me.

I left for the evening to come back later. He had an experience he did not tell me about until a week later.

When he left that night, I went into the computer room and felt cold chills but there was no way air could be reaching me. I thought I had left a window open.

Finally, that Saturday, I told him about the "door" incident and he explained about the shadow he saw. In fact, he told me the one dog looked over his shoulder and kept following some "figure" and growling heavily.

Needless to say, we went out and got holy water. We haven't had problems at the home since. But the saddest note of all, this all started when my sister took sick and we didn't know about her illness. She may pass away this weekend. I wonder, though, if the shadow has anything to do with that?
