Subject: Encounter with Shadow People Twice
These are my two encounters with shadow people. There were two different Shadow People, as the first was short and wide, while the other was tall and lanky. You may upload these to your website.
My first experience with a Shadow Person was on was Christmas night, 2012. I opened so many great gifts, and got everything that I asked for that morning, including a giant sketchbook that I had been begging for.
I went to two family parties that day and when I returned home, I was very tired. I got into my pajamas, laid in bed and fell asleep almost immediately. In my bedroom, if you were to stand in the doorway, my bed is to the right, and to the left, is my wooden desk with a leather chair facing away from my bed. Anyway, for some strange reason, in the middle of the night, I woke up, as if I had been jolted awake. Normally, when I wake up, I am very drowsy and fall back asleep immediately. This time was different, I felt wide awake the minute my eyes flew open. It was very strange, and, when my eyes adjusted to the dark, I realized that there was a dark figure sitting in my chair! I couldn’t move. I felt my heart pounding hard in my chest. I wanted to throw my blankets over my head and hide, but I couldn’t. The figure was just sitting there, staring at me but I felt cold chills running down my spine as if the figure was unfriendly.
It looked like a large man but the figure was completely black and I couldn’t make out any details. I squinted my eyes shut, hoping that, maybe when I opened them, there would be nothing there and my eyes were just playing tricks on me. When I finally opened my eyes again, the figure was still there. I was terrified.
Eventually, I convinced myself that I had left my huge sketchbook on the chair and that was what the figure was. I fell into an uneasy sleep. The next morning, when I woke up, I was horrified to see that the sketchbook was not on the chair! Nothing was! Normally, I don’t believe in ghosts or paranormal stuff, but this really shook me up. Something was sitting in that chair, watching me while I slept.
My second experience was just a few weeks ago. It had been a long day at school, and I had a bunch of homework to do. It was really late at night when I finally fell asleep. I kept on waking up because I was worried that I had forgotten to do a homework assignment. I had woken up around two times, and, on the third time, I noticed something strange. There was a dark figure standing right next to my bed! I lay there, feeling my heart rate speed up. There was something standing by my bed, I was sure of it. I sat up quickly, and the strange figure disappeared. I slept uneasily the rest of the night, knowing that something, or someone had just been standing by my bed.
